Saving creates a version to review. Acceptance records your decision about that exact version.
Keep unfinished answers safe: save them before checking for newer findings.
Bring the saved work into view
After your assistant reports a successful save, return to the job’s Review view and choose “Check for saved findings”. Read “What changed” and the proposed next step.
Check the evidence and open questions
Compare findings with the linked original notes. Correct anything misleading, keep unknowns visible and review any people or method confirmations the page requires.
Accept when you agree
Use the page’s confirmation control only when you agree with the displayed version and its requirements are met. The Brief has its own saved versions and acceptance; confirming the review does not accept the Brief.
You have a saved decision and a clear next step. Your team carries out the investigation or test and records what happened.
Not ready to accept?
Leave the version proposed and return later. If someone saved a newer version, reload and review it before confirming. Approval does not send a message, launch a test or commit spending.
